1. Provider Verification & Credentials: All registered medicine providers must maintain valid drug licences and TIN/BIN credentials registered with the DGDA (Directorate General of Drug Administration). Falsification or revocation of licences results in immediate termination of bidding privileges.
2. Binding Quotations & Rankings: By submitting a quotation on any active medicine request, you commit to supply the requested pharmaceutical products at or below your quoted unit price within your stipulated delivery window upon winning the bid.
3. Pharmaceutical Quality Standards: All supplied items must be 100% genuine, sealed in original manufacturer packaging, and have at least 6 months shelf life remaining upon warehouse receiving unless explicitly negotiated.
4. Settlement & Payments: Accepted deliveries are verified against DGDA batch records and settled according to agreed vendor payment terms via bank transfer.
5. Compliance & Dispute Resolution: MediFast enforces a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeit items or unauthorized price collusion.
